New Helpdesk Options

Our helpdesk system has been updated to include more options to allow for calls to be categorised, managed and prioritised in a more efficient manner.
These changes include

  1. New Ticket types
    1. SYSTEM DOWN. If this applies to you, please also set the Priority asĀ URGENT.
    2. Information Only. If no action is required by us
    3. Site Visit
    4. Training
    5. Purchase. If you need to purchase new licenses, etc
  2. New module options, to identify which area is affected. These include
    1. System Down
    2. Job Queue
    3. Licensing
